At ground level there is a lounge with two settees, dining table and chairs plus a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, cookware, cutlery and dinner sets. Pull out settee for extra queen size bed.

Owners' accommodation is on two levels with two or three bedrooms, two lounges, bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is used for preparing guest meals.

Geothermal bore on site provides heat for water all year round plus room heating during winter. The bore is a cost effective form of heating, saving many thousands of dollars on electricity and gas. The bore is shared by three neighbours with expenses split four ways.

A contract cleaner currently prepares the guest rooms daily. You may consider leaving this arrangement in place or cleaning rooms yourself. This could save you up to $35,000 per year.

The guest laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. The house laundry includes two washing machines and two dryers. The drying area is heated by the thermal bore.

All chattels are owned by the Lodge and included in the price.
